Pat has over 20 years experience  in the construction industry both as an employee and an owner/director of his own company which delivered many prestigious contracts throughout Ireland and the UK.  He has  extensive  experience in the delivery of  major  residential & mixed use  schemes and large government contracts. Having experience throughout the development process, from acquisition to post completion, Pat takes a holistic approach to the delivery of development projects to ensure key performance criteria such as quality, H&S, programme and costs are achieved. Pat holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying.
