Katherine is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years experience in the property market specialising in project management, planning and design and sales and marketing. She is experienced in analysing  potential acquisitions, preparing feasibility appraisals, evaluating planning and devising optimal disposal strategies in order to maximise returns. In addition, Katherine has extensive experience in bringing to market of multi-unit developments, new homes and development land sales, identifying opportunities to enhance value wherever possible. Katherine is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies.
