Katherine is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the property market specialising in project management, acquisition, planning and sales. She is experienced in analysing potential acquisitions, preparing feasibility appraisals, and devising and delivering optimal planning and exit strategies in order to maximise returns. Katherine has experience in leading design teams to successfully deliver large scale complex planning applications across multiple sites as well as bringing multi-unit developments, new homes and development land through the sales and due diligence processes, identifying opportunities to enhance value wherever possible. Katherine is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a first class BSc (Hons) in Property Studies.
